Gary

Time at Motor-Vation Garage: 23 Years

Gary was born in Coventry and moved to Bournemouth when he was young he started his career at British Leyland in Highcliffe where he worked for 2 years before moving onto Volvo in Mudeford where he worked for 7 years. He then moved onto a camper van dealership in Parkstone where he worked at until Motor-Vation was established in 1995.

Colin

Time at Motor-Vation Garage: 16 Years 

Colin grew up in West London and worked with his Father at a large transport company, he did his apprenticeship and continued to work with his father for a number of years on HGVs. He then moved to the Bournemouth area and then soon started work at Motor-Vation Garage where he has been for the past 16 years.

Ben

Time at Motor-Vation Garage: 4 Years

Ben has been working at Motor-Vation Garage for 4 years now where he joined straight from school. He used to come up to work on Saturdays and summer holidays whilst still at school to gain experience with the help of Gary (Ben's Father) and Colin. Ben has within the last year fully completed his apprenticeship and is now fully qualified.

Reece

Time at Motor-Vation Garage: Less than 1 Year

We offer work placements for students seeking work experience from local schools and colleges. It is a very in demand trade for students to seek work experience and we only offer one placement at a time. Reece is here every Thursday and is showing fantastic knowlede and willing to work, he is a credit to have in the workshop. Reece's programme with Brockenhurst College end in September when we will be welcoming a new placement.
